Meet Analesa
Hello!
My life has been filled with both challenge and joy, as is the case with many of us.
The journey of listening to myself and trusting my own gifts brought me to live and work internationally, work for ten years as a cross-cultural consultant, create an international women’s group that is 28 years strong, move to over nine US states, study many ancient traditions including Jewish mysticism, transpersonal psychology and healing arts.
All these experiences opened my mind to embracing and honoring “many ways of knowing.”
We have been taught that there is one right way and others are wrong. I believe the way to create a more peaceful world starts within. As we learn to trust our own inner guidance and complexity, we can move beyond division and embrace other people and ways of seeing the world more easily.
After 20 years of moving and deeply longing to land more consistently in my own creative flow, I moved back to New Jersey, the town of my birth. Here, I have been welcomed back. I am grateful now to feel more relaxed and able to offer my gifts in these times.

After my children were grown and following my divorce, I stood by the ocean, looked at the horizon and asked, “What’s next?” I heard a voice in my head say, “You’ll go to the Hebrew texts and paint.”
What? No way. Yet, after arguing a bit, I agreed. After all, I had learned to trust the subtle energies and messages of our universe to a great extent! Might as well give it a try!
I spent 30 days in silence, meditating, dancing, painting, not talking to anyone. What arose from within me was The Alphabet of Vibration, 23 inter-spiritual light codes I received which changed my life.
They lead me to the mystical teachings of my Jewish ancestors about how the Universe works. These teachings are now proven by quantum physics to be true. The time has come for vibrational energy to help lift us up.
Join me as we re-encode these powerful ancient teachings into our lives and modern world.
