The Art of Self-Liberation: February 2026
A Dynamic Polarity of Creative Expression and Inner Silence. A One-Day Retreat with Analesa Berg and Paul Jaffe
The Art of Self-Liberation Retreat held in November was deeply nourishing success for all. We danced, meditated, painted, and connected with people from different walks of life.
If you missed it (or want to expand on your previous experience) we welcome you to our January 2026 retreat.
Here is what one participant said. “I felt seen, guided and able to open up to my own presence, like I was coming home to an aspect of myself. It was nothing short of profound. Paul and Analesa are good at witnessing your experience. This is a rare but highly refined skill in transformational leaders.”

This whole experience was an intuitive awakening. Since the workshop, I feel more aligned and grounded to my artful practices.
